The 40th Birthday Celebration Afternoon Tea is served in One Square Brasserie, just off Festival Square. The dining space is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning views of Edinburgh Castle.

From the bold, eclectic tastes of the 80s to today’s refined classics, each bite is a nod to the eras that shaped us. This is more than just a menu – it’s a tribute to 40 years of style, culture, and culinary creativity.
 
Our Afternoon Tea is served with a glass of JING Jasmine Pearls Sparkling Tea and a hot JING tea of your choice. Choose from our selection of JING teas – single-origin and single-garden varieties, sourced from Asia’s best tea regions.
 
All are served in a unique ‘Tea-iere’ – the ultimate modern tea infuser that allows leaves to unfurl fully, releasing beautiful colour and flavour.
 
A full vegetarian afternoon tea is also available.
