Our Fancies & Foliage Afternoon Tea includes exquisite cakes, handcrafted sandwiches, and a unique blending experience that features a natural cocktail and tea blending trolley, all of which will follow nature’s changing cues.

The traditional Afternoon Tea features unlimited teas and sandwiches. Options include Maldon Cured Smoked Salmon with horseradish crème fraiche, Coronation Chicken with fresh coriander on khobez bread and Singaporean Kaya Eggs on overnight sourdough. After indulging in warm scones, served with Tiptree jam and English clotted cream, enjoy our nature-inspired sweet fancies, carefully displayed cakes on a stand resembling a blossoming tree, feasting on Matcha and Yuzu Cheesecake, Mimosa Cake, Forest Rose Tart, and Strawberry and Cream Cake. Each season, Executive Chef Kevin Fawkes and his culinary team craft a delicate fondant fancy as a nod to this timeless classic.

For an added special touch, try our unique tea blending ritual. Guided by our team, guests explore 45 bespoke ingredients — crafted by renowned Master Tea Blender Alex Probyn — including English-grown tea from Cornwall by Tregothnan, and seasonal botanicals like cherry black, coconut fruit and rose petals. Sip a unique while your tea is delicately blended.
