   What do I need to know?

   This voucher is valid for 10 months
   Opening hours are Monday to Sunday 10am-5pm, last entry to the factory is at 3pm
   There are no factory tours at weekends and tours will not be available for a week from Good Friday and August bank holiday and two weeks from the Monday before Christmas Day
   World of Wedgwood is fully closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day
   Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult
   Pre-booking is essential
   Keep your voucher safe as you will need to bring it along on the day. If you need to change your booking please give at least 3 days' notice
   The 10% shopping discount does not apply to limited edition items or purchases in the Factory Outlet
   Afternoon Tea is served between 12 noon and 4pm, a reservation time will be given at the time of booking
