- Dress code
- To maintain an elegant and enjoyable atmosphere for guests, there are certain dress code expectations onboard British Pullman. Please avoid casual clothing, including ripped denim, trainers, baseball caps, collarless T-shirts and shorts. The venue reserve the right to ask guests not suitably attired to change, otherwise they may be refused boarding. While jackets and ties are not essential, smart attire and even formal dress is welcomed. You can never be overdressed aboard this beautiful train.

- British Pullman are able to accommodate passengers with slight walking difficulties. However, the venue recommends they are accompanied by a carer. The venue regret that their carriages cannot be boarded on wheelchair. Staff are able to assist passengers to their seats and folding wheelchairs can be stored during the journey. Some journeys are not suitable for people with disabilities. Should you have any special requirements please contact your nearest reservations office.
