Afternoon Tea at The Hyde3 Westbourne Terrace, London, W2 3UL

Enjoy the most quintessential of British dining traditions with the Afternoon Tea offering at the The Hyde at Roseate House Hotel London.

The Afternoon Tea experience at The Hyde is more intimate and luxurious than just scones and cream - it can actually begin with a glass of Laurent Perrier champagne or maybe a cocktail from the bar's award winning mixologist.

Guests will be offered a selection of the finest loose leaf teas, catered and curated from independent tea plantations and gardens by fair-trade farmers from across the world. Some of the sophisticated signature offerings include English Breakfast Tea produced by the last independent, family-run tea garden in the mountains of Malawi, to the Dragon Well Long Jing Green Tea which is painstakingly hand-crafted, pressed into the shape of a feather, and sourced directly from the famed terroir of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.

Laden with oodles of exquisite handmade delicacies, enjoy a selection of classic tea treats, served with the special luxurious touch that Hyde Bar is renowned for. On your grand silver cake stand guests can look forward to indulgent finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones and a selection of flavourful macarons.

To accompany your sumptuous sweet-treats, help yourself to Hyde homemade preserves, from their unrivalled Cornish clotted cream to their house specialty of lemon curd.

Their Lassi Afternoon Tea will surprise you. "While smoothies are commonplace, a glass of the humble Lassi is an undisputed choice for all seasons across India and beyond borders. With a melange of flavours, unique spice blends and mixtures, go right ahead and whip up a storm in a glass for your dear ones." Citation of their owner Radha Bhatia and author of the book "Lassis of India, Smoothies With a Twist".

The Full English Afternoon Tea will be served with a lovely organic and local English sparkling wine Oxney White. It's an Afternoon Tea full of luxurious delight, in one of Hyde Park's most exclusive destinations.

For an even more indulgent affair, treat yourself to a crisp glass of Pommery or Taittinger Brut.

Please note that from 3rd - 31st December, only the Festive Afternoon Tea menu will be available. See  here for full details.
