The Claremont is a beautiful five-star 11 bedroom Victorian villa offering a quirky, vintage inspired Afternoon Tea in elegant surroundings.
The family run business has previously been a school before it became the boutique hotel that it is today. Unique period features can be spotted throughout. Enjoy Afternoon Tea in the elegant drawing room, study or dining room during the winter months. When the weather permits, Afternoon Tea can be enjoyed in the private walled garden. It is served on vintage china, and crisp embroidered tablecloths.
The Traditional Vintage Afternoon Tea consists of lots of exciting treats including a range of fresh finger sandwiches, warm plain mini scones served with Cornish clotted cream and strawberry preserve, as well as a selection of delicious traditional cakes. There is also a children's menu available for children aged 10 and under. The Claremont have developed menus which use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
Set in the Avenues conservation area of Brighton & Hove, The Claremont is just a short walk from the seafront.
