On the Goring Terrace Afternoon tea has become a dining experience in its own right. Enjoy a pot of The Goring's own special Afternoon Tea blend or choose from a wide array of teas from the menu.
Then work your way up the three tiered silver stand starting with an assortment of freshly prepared sandwiches, then moving on to freshly baked home made scones served with Devonshire clotted cream and jams before finishing off with a selection of delicate home made pastries.
The Afternoon tea is served daily on the Terrace overlooking the private garden; this truly is Afternoon Tea the way the Duchess of Bedford intended it!

The Traditional Afternoon Tea is priced £35 and includes a selection of Finger sandwiches, homemade Scones and delicate Afternoon Tea Pastries.
The Bollinger Afternoon Tea is priced at £45 and it is like the Traditional Afternoon Tea, but it starts off with a glass of Bollinger Champagne accompanied with Strawberries and Cream.
The hotel can cater for special dietary requirements. Please mention them when booking.
A discretionary Service charge of 12.5% will be added to the bill.
